Current Residential Rebates and Incentives

The 2016 rebate form is valid until January 31, 2017. Installation of measures and all required paperwork, must be submitted (postmarked) to Avista no later than January 31, 2017. New forms and information will be made available January 1, 2017.

Customer usage will be reviewed and must demonstrate that at least 8,000 kilowatt-hours of electric straight resistance heat and less than 340 therms occurred in the last 12 months in order to be eligible for rebates related to space heat conversions. Smart thermostat, window and insulation rebates requires a minimum of 8,000 kilowatt-hours or 340 therms annual usage. Please call Avista to pre-qualify your project. All improvements must be contractor installed to be eligible for a rebate.

Application forms along with supporting documentation must be submitted to Avista for rebate consideration within 90 days of the completed installation.
