Start service and open your new Avista account.
Moving is a lot of work. But opening a new Avista account is the easy part.
Just three simple steps start your service:
- Step One: Tell us about your new home.
- Step Two: Tell us a little about yourself.
- Step Three: Tell us what services or programs we can provide you.
Please have the following information available:
- If you have an Avista online My Account, please sign in.
- The Social Security and phone numbers for everyone you'll list on the account.
- A mailing address (if different from your residence address).
- The address of the last place where we provided you service, if applicable.
If service at your previous home was provided by Avista, and you'd like to stop service there and start it at your new home, please select Transfer Service.
