Improving the energy efficiency of your home is now more affordable than ever, because reduced-rate loans have just become available due to a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce. And all qualifying Avista customers who complete our new In-Home Energy Audit are eligible to apply.*

What is an In-Home Energy Audit?

Avista’s In-Home Energy Audit includes a physical inspection of your home and major appliances plus a series of diagnostic tests to help uncover your many opportunities to save energy. You’ll get a comprehensive report showing exactly how to improve your home’s energy efficiency.

What is the ARRA loan process?

After completing Avista’s In-Home Energy Audit, you can apply for a reduced rate loan for the energy-efficient measures recommended by your in-home auditor. Loan applications are submitted to Sustainable Resources INW with financing provided by Numerica Credit Union.
