Purpose
On July 28, 2005, Avista Corporation filed two license applications with FERC. Since the ALP is finished, the process now is in the hands of FERC. On May 15, 2006 FERC issued Notice of Application Ready for Comments, Recommendations, Terms & Prescriptions and Establishing a Revised Procedural Schedule for Relicensing. Preliminary Terms and Conditions were due on July 17, 2006. Parties have until August 31 to file comments with FERC regarding the preliminary Terms and Conditions filed. The documents on this page represent activities issed since August of 2005.
