Purpose
Communication between all parties is an essential part of any successful relicensing process. The relicensing process transpires over several years and it involves the compiling and publication of numerous documents, including, Study Plans and Reports. As these documents are generated by the Spokane River Project relicensing stakeholders, they will be posted on this site once they are approved by the individual Work Groups. If you have questions on a study or report, contact the Avista Work Group lead.
