• All thermal power available on a non-firm basis only. Subject to recall upon notice from Avista schedulers.
• Power is offered at the generation facility busbar. All transmission must be secured by purchaser.
• Tariff will be WSPP or alternatively Avista Tariff Vol. 9 for power purchases.
• All potential sales are subject to the availability of fuel. (i.e. natural gas)
• All purchases must be for the full output of a generation unit. (Output at less than full operation is not offered.)
