Avista Corporation offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service to eligible off-system customers. Avista Corp makes these ancillary services available through its merchant function under two separate tariffs:

Avista Corp offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service at market-based rates under Avista Corp’s FERC Electric Tariff Volume No. 9. 

Avista Corp also offers Dynamic Capacity and Energy Service, Spinning Reserve Service, and Supplemental Reserve Service at “up to” cost-based rates under Avista Corp’s FERC Electric Tariff Volume No. 10.
