We don’t just work here.
Not only are Avista employees wholeheartedly dedicated to doing a good job for you, they also commit themselves to community service in a way that inspires us, as a company, to do the same.
They give more than $230,000 to United Way annually. And last year alone, the men and women of Avista volunteered more than 53,000 hours to the communities we serve — on the soccer field, in the classroom, at the chamber of commerce, up to their elbows in the dirt in our community garden, and just about everywhere else you can imagine.
Not to be outdone, the company contributes through the Avista Foundation, scholarships, energy assistance programs like Project Share, sponsorships for Spokane’s Avista Stadium and other sports organizations like the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, and in many, many other ways.
