We use three Twitter accounts to speak with customers online. Our general @AvistaUtilities account is just getting started and contains messages from the company and is a great resource for asking questions of us. Another account is @AvistaCares, run by Communications Manager Jessie Wuerst. This account focuses on the concerns of the elderly, low-income and similar topics in the communities we serve. Our third account, @Dan_at_Avista is focused on our blog, direct customer conversations and general social media work. The account’s host, Communications Manager Dan Kolbet will also share a bit about his life and what it’s like working at Avista. You can checkout a live feed of all three accounts below.
