Project Share is a customer, community and company-funded program that provides one-time emergency energy assistance to families in our region.
One hundred percent of every dollar donated is forwarded to Community Action Agencies for distribution to those who qualify. Energy assistance is provided without regard to the source of heat or the providing utility company.
Spokane Shock Kicks Off for Project Share
Spokane’s premier Arena Football League Team, the Spokane Shock is ready to score for Project Share at their game on Friday, July 2. And you can be part of the fun and generosity.
When you purchase a ticket to the game, the Shock will discount it by $1 and donate $3 of the ticket price to Project Share, Avista’s emergency energy assistance fund. Just mention the the promotion code “SHARE” when purchasing your tickets through TicketsWest , over the phone (800.325.SEAT (7328), or in person at the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena box Office.
You can help in other ways.
There are three ways you can donate.
- Donate online.
- Add a donation to your next monthly payment (if paying by mail).
- Send a separate check to Project Share, PO Box 3727, Spokane, WA 99202.
You can also contribute by buying Project Share items online through Simply Northwest; 15 percent of every sale goes toward Project Share. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from every bag of Craven’s Coffee’s “Share the Warmth” blend goes to support the fund, too. Craven’s Coffees can be purchased at grocery stores throughout the Inland Northwest.
