Avista offers a $200 rebate for the purchase and installation of qualifying high efficiency commercial clothes washers.  These washers can save up to 50 percent of energy costs and use about 30 percent less water over standard models.  They also extract more moisture from clothes during the spin cycle which reduces drying time (and wear and tear on the clothing).
