Congratulations on choosing Buck-A-Block. To begin your subscription, please complete and submit the following. If you wish to make a change to the amount of blocks you buy each month, enter a different number in the "Number of Blocks" box. If you wish to cancel Buck-A-Block, simply enter "0" in this box and hit Submit.
